How we work.

The short version of how we work. Nothing here is designed to catch you out; if you think something is unfair, tell us.

Quotes and prices

Quotes are a fixed price per visit and hold for 30 days. We quote from what you tell us about the property. If it turns out to be substantially different — more rooms, or a condition well beyond a normal clean — we will call you before starting rather than send a bigger invoice afterwards.

We do not charge by the hour. An hourly rate rewards working slowly.

Changing or cancelling a clean

Give us 24 hours notice and there is no charge at all. Inside 24 hours we charge 50%, because your cleaner has already turned down other work to hold that slot.

If we have to cancel on you, you pay nothing and we will offer you the next available slot.

There is no minimum term and no contract for residential work. Stop whenever you like.

If something is missed

Tell us within 24 hours and we will come back and put it right at no charge. The written checklist exists so this is a factual conversation rather than an argument about memory.

For end of lease work, if an agent lists something that is on our checklist, we will return within 72 hours and re-clean it at no charge. We cannot guarantee the return of your bond itself — that also depends on damage, wear and rent, none of which are ours to fix. Anyone who guarantees your bond outright is overpromising.

Access, keys and pets

You can be home or not, whichever you prefer. Keys and access codes are held securely and only by the people who need them. Tell us if that changes.

Please secure any animal that might bolt through an open door. We are happy to work around pets but we cannot be responsible for one that escapes.

Breakages

We are careful, and occasionally something still gets broken. If we break it, we will tell you the same day rather than hope you do not notice, and we will repair or replace it.

Please put genuinely irreplaceable things out of the way before we come. We would rather not be near them.

Payment

Invoices are emailed the same day and payable within 7 days by bank transfer or card. For NDIS plan-managed participants we invoice your plan manager directly and you pay nothing.

Commercial accounts are invoiced monthly on 14-day terms.

What we do not do

We do not clean biohazards, mould remediation, pest infestations, or the inside of anything that needs a licensed trade. We will tell you if a job needs somebody else and, where we can, point you at them.
