Who you’re letting in
Letting somebody into your home is a real thing to ask, so here’s how we handle it.
Every clean is done by someone we’d be happy to leave in our own place, and for regular customers it’s the same person each visit. You’ll meet them on the first visit rather than finding a stranger at the door.
If something isn’t right, you talk to a person, not a call centre or a form. The number at the top of this page reaches us directly.
What’s included
Nothing depends on somebody remembering. Ask for the checklist after a clean and you’ll get it, signed off.
How it works
A few details by phone or through the form. For most homes we don’t need to visit first.
Per visit, back within one business day, and held there. You’ll know the cost before anyone starts.
You meet them on the first visit. After that it just happens, and the checklist comes back signed off.
NDIS
No jargon and no pressure. Ask us anything before you commit to anything.
Household cleaning can be funded from Core Supports as assistance with daily life, where it’s reasonable and necessary because of your disability. We work with self-managed and plan-managed participants — if it’s in your plan, we can do it, with the same rooms and the same written checklist as everyone else.
You shouldn’t have to explain your home, or yourself, to somebody new each fortnight. One person, who learns how you like things done.
Plan-managed participants never pay us directly. Self-managed, you get a compliant invoice with the correct support item on it.
No contract and no minimum term. Change the day or the frequency whenever you need to, or stop.
Questions
No. Most of our regular customers give us a key or a door code, and we lock up and message you when we’re done. If you’d rather be there, that’s completely fine too.
Yes, everything — products, cloths, vacuum, mop. If you’d prefer we used yours, because of an allergy or a surface that needs something specific, just say so and we will.
Tell us within 24 hours and we’ll come back and put it right at no charge. Point at the line on the checklist — that’s what it’s there for, so it’s never an argument about who remembers what.
Give us 24 hours and there’s no charge at all. Inside 24 hours we charge half, because your cleaner has already turned down other work to hold that slot.
No. No minimum term and nothing to cancel. Change the frequency, move the day, or stop altogether — just tell us.
Bank transfer or card after each clean, on an invoice emailed the same day. NDIS plan-managed participants pay nothing directly — we invoice your plan manager.
Where we clean
Pick your area, or just ask — if a job sits outside our usual run we’ll say so in the quote rather than after.
