Pricing
What changes the price.
A fixed price per visit, quoted before we start and held there.
Size
Floor area and the number of bathrooms, which drive the time more than bedroom count does.
Condition
How the place is kept between visits. A home cleaned fortnightly costs less per visit than one cleaned twice a year.
Pets
Shedding animals mean more vacuuming and more lint work. It is not a surcharge, it is just time.
Access
Stairs, levels and whether there is somewhere to park. Terraces are quoted on levels, not bedrooms.
Questions
The things people ask first.
How long does a regular clean take?
A two-bedroom apartment is usually two to three hours; a four-bedroom house with two bathrooms is closer to five. Because we quote a fixed price, the clock is our problem rather than yours.
Do I need to be home?
No. Most regular customers give us a key or a door code. We lock up and message you when we are done.
Do you bring products and equipment?
Yes, all of it. If you would rather we used your own products — an allergy, a stone benchtop, a preference — tell us and we will.
Can I skip a week?
Yes. Give us 24 hours notice and there is no charge. Inside 24 hours we charge half, because your cleaner has already turned down other work to hold the slot.
Will it always be the same person?
Yes, for regular bookings. If they are sick or on leave we will tell you who is coming instead, before they arrive rather than after.
