Pricing
What changes the price.
A fixed price per visit, quoted before we start and held there.
Floor area and headcount
Both matter. Twenty people in a small floor generate more than five in a large one.
Frequency
Five nights a week costs less per visit than one. Most small offices land on two or three.
Access and hours
After-hours work needs keys, alarm codes and sometimes building induction.
Consumables
We can supply and restock paper, soap and bin liners, billed at cost, or work with yours.

Is there a contract?
A simple service agreement setting out scope, frequency and price, terminable with 30 days notice by either side. No multi-year lock-in.
How do you handle keys and alarms?
Keys are signed in and out and held securely. Alarm codes are held by the assigned cleaner only, and we tell you immediately if a staff member changes.
Can you clean outside business hours?
That is the default. Most sites are done between 6pm and midnight, or early morning before opening.
How does invoicing work?
Monthly in arrears on 14-day terms, one invoice covering all visits, with the schedule itemised.
